TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY AND VISION DEVELOPMENT
1. Lead the organization's transition into:

• • AI-first solutions
• • Cloud-native architecture
• • Data-driven decision systems
• • Platform-based products
• • Enterprise-scale digital ecosystems• Create vision, strategy, and timelines for the development and deployment of game changer
• technological products and services.

2. Lead and drive product innovation from concept to commercialization by establishing product development frameworks that balance:

• User needs
• Technical excellence
• Scalability
• Security
• Revenue generation

3. Continuously stay up to date with emerging technologies, and industry-leading practices, and integrate these insights to Seismic’s context, delivering tangible business value and distinctive advantages.

4. Lead and drive the creation and innovation of proprietary AI and intellectual property solutions in areas including but not limited to:

• Predictive Analytics
• Natural Language Processing
• Intelligent Automation
• Decision Intelligence
• Multi-Agent Systems

5. Clearly communicate Seismic’s technical vision and roadmap to critical stakeholders, partners and clients by regularly presenting goals, wins, and progress updates.

6. Effectively manage all service level agreements and relationships with external stakeholders, leveraging industry best-practices to enhance service delivery.

7. Develop project plans and oversee the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projectobjectives, which may include enhancing existing systems or developing new applications.

LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

The Chief Technology Officer shall lead and mentor the;

• Engineering Teams
• Product Teams
• AI/ML Teams
• DevOps Teams
• Data Science Teams
• QA Teams
• Cybersecurity Teams

8. Serve as the principal technology advisor to the CEO and the chief architect of Seismic' technology ecosystem.

9. Attract, build, and retain a high performing team that meets the current and evolving needs of the Organization through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

10. Champion thought leadership in the integration of cutting-edge technology by defining the standards for Define enterprise architecture standards for:

• Cloud Infrastructure
• Security
• Data Management
• APIs
• Integration
• Scalability

TECHNOLOGY COMMERCIALISATION & GROWTH

11. Translate business needs into technical solutions, establishing a seamless link between technology and our overarching business strategy.

12. Lead procurement, vendor selection, contract negotiation, SLA enforcement, and performance reviews.

13. Partner with executive leadership to identify new revenue opportunities that support Investor engagements

• Strategic partnerships
• Technology due diligence
• Venture-building initiatives
• Product commercialization

14. Establish long-term partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the tech industry, representing Seismic at conferences, engagements, investor meetings and international technology events.

15. Oversee the technology budget with a focus on fiscal prudence, cost optimisation, and accurate forecasting

16. Facilitate the planning and execution of capital projects for novel technology initiatives compliance with; NDPA, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and Industry-specific regulations.

• A minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited tertiary institution in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information System (MIS) or any other related field.
• Must have a relevant industry skill-based certification(s).
• A minimum of fifteen (15) years’ post-Bachelor's relevant work experience in a reputable organisation, five (5) years of which must be in a senior management position.
• Significant professional background in agile software development lifecycle and/or deploying and configuring ERPs or COTs, with expertise in API, Web Services, and integration solutions, proficiency in C#, Java, or similar programming languages and frameworks.
• At least 10 years’ experience in software development.
• MBA or equivalent executive qualifications are an advantage.
