Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting & Reconciliation Expert to oversee financial reporting, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and financial controls. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records while supporting timely management and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Perform and review bank, ledger, customer, and other account reconciliations. Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and outstanding items. Conduct variance analysis and provide management with financial insights. Support month-end/year-end closing and audit activities. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

Requirements 1. B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, accounting, reconciliation, audit, or a related role. 3. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage. 4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations. 5. Advanced Excel and experience with accounting/ERP systems. 6. Strong analytical, numerical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. 7.
