Learning Experience Designer (LXD) Location: Remote (Nigeria) Type: Full-Time (Remote) Salary: ₦100,000 per month (3-Month Probation, Subject to Performance Review) Orvalon Digital is hiring on behalf of a client in the education and career development industry. We are looking for a highly creative, innovative, and AI-driven Digital Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to transform academic content into engaging, interactive, and impactful digital learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone with experience in instructional design, e-learning, curriculum development, or educational technology who is passionate about improving how students learn through creativity, technology, and artificial intelligence.

What You’ll Do * Transform tutor lesson notes into interactive digital learning experiences * Design professional PowerPoint presentations and learner-friendly study materials * Create storyboards for animated and whiteboard educational videos * Develop infographics, downloadable study notes, quizzes, assignments, and practice exercises * Create AI-powered educational resources and high-quality prompts using modern AI tools * Organize and prepare learning materials for upload to the Learning Management System (LMS) * Collaborate with tutors to improve lesson delivery and student learning outcomes * Ensure all learning resources align with academic standards, curriculum objectives, and brand guidelines

What We’re Looking For * Experience in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, E-learning, Educational Technology (EdTech), or a related field * Excellent written and spoken English communication skills * Strong creativity with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging learning experiences * Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar presentation tools * Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, or similar platforms * Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar software * Experience with animation tools such as Vyond, Animaker, Powtoon, Doodly, or VideoScribe is an added advantage * Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards
