PeakTalent HR Consulting is recruiting for a proactive, execution-focused, and digitally savvy Growth & Community Executive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, community engagement, lead generation, and brand growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's visibility, audience engagement, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. • Schedule, publish, and manage social media content. • Engage with online communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries. • Design marketing materials and social media graphics using Canva. • Create and edit simple video content using CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Express, or similar tools. • Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience engagement initiatives. • Manage and update CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar systems. • Track leads and support marketing pipeline activities. • Assist with the setup and monitoring of Meta and LinkedIn advertising campaigns. • Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports. • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity and support content creation. • Coordinate and execute digital marketing and growth initiatives.

Requirements • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Community Management, Social Media Management, or a related role. • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing. • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation. • Experience with basic video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva Video, or Adobe Express. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools. • Knowledge of email marketing and newsletter management. • Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads is an advantage. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Must possess a functional laptop and have reliable internet access(20K would be provided monthly for internet connection).
