Key Responsibilities: -Provide strategic and executive leadership for all construction projects and operations. -Oversee end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring completion within scope, time, cost, and quality standards. -Lead commercial, financial, and quantity surveying functions including budgeting, cost control, and profitability management. -Manage government and institutional projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. -Handle contract negotiation, procurement strategy, and vendor management.

Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. -MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage. Professional certifications such as PMP, NIQS, or COREN are highly required. -Minimum of 12 years’ experience, with at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership role. -Experience in government/institutional projects and competitive bidding processes. -Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary construction teams.
