Responsibilities include: • Client sourcing and onboarding • Loan repayment monitoring • Customer relationship management • Daily field engagement and reporting Requirements: • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and meet targets • Previous field or sales experience is an advantage • Must be proactive, disciplined, and professional 🔹 COLLECTION OFFICERS (MALE) We are hiring experienced and firm Collection Officers responsible for loan recovery, repayment tracking, customer follow-up, and effective debt management processes. Requirements: • Strong communication and recovery skills * 2-3 Years of experience • Ability to manage difficult clients professionally • Must be target-driven and result-oriented • Experience in collections or finance operations is an added advantage • Candidate must reside on the Island
