• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Report production issues and support workflow improvements.

• HND/Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Garment Production, Textile Technology, or a related field (or relevant vocational training).
• 1–3 years' experience in garment production or a similar role.
• Good understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
