A major private luxury residential development in Nigeria is seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Project Director / Project Delivery Lead to provide senior project leadership and independent delivery oversight. This is a high-profile opportunity to work alongside a leading international design consultancy and a Tier-1 construction contractor, representing the design team’s interests and driving quality, programme, technical compliance and project coordination.

We’re looking for: 20+ years of construction/project management experience Strong international project experience Proven delivery of luxury residential or high-end building projects Experience working with or overseeing Tier-1 contractors Strong Architectural, Structural & MEP coordination expertise Solid knowledge of contracts, claims, variations and programme management Strong QA/QC and construction quality experience Confidence to challenge and hold contractors accountable Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and project teams Strong executive reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with high-profile/private clients If you are a seasoned project leader who has delivered complex, high-value projects and can confidently operate at senior level with major contractors, we want to hear from you.
