• Experience managing environments spanning Microsoft Azure, AWS, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Experience operating personal emergency response, healthcare, safety, communications, or other mission-critical platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, or comparable observability platforms.
• Experience with configuration management, automated remediation, and policy as code.
• Knowledge of high-availability architecture, database resilience, backup systems, and disaster recovery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience supporting Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, and .NET-based applications.
• Demonstrated experience managing cloud and on-premises production infrastructure.
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages, including Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash, or Shell.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, dashboards, alerting, and performance-management solutions.
