Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and integrate plant operations across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering & Maintenance, Warehousing, Logistics, HSE, and Facilities.

• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, safety, and service targets.
• Oversee production planning, inventory, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
• Lead the S&OP process to align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and procurement.
• Ensure equipment reliability, quality compliance, and adherence to HSE requirements.
• Monitor operational KPIs and lead daily/weekly performance reviews.
• Manage operational budgets, cost optimization, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Oversee plant facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Customer Experience teams to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• MBA/Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, APICS/CSCP, or NEBOSH are desirable.
• Minimum 10 years' manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multi-functional manufacturing operations.
• FMCG, manufacturing, chemical, or industrial operations experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, inventory, maintenance, quality, HSE, and operational excellence.
• Experience with ERP/analytics tools such as Odoo, SAP, or Power BI is an advantage.
