HRLeverage Africa, the pan-African Workforce Management company is seeking a target-driven Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, sales and revenue growth across the Southwest territory. The role is 80% field-based, focused on acquiring pharmacies, managing relationships and driving repeat orders.

• Acquire and onboard new pharmacy customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and manage existing accounts.
• Drive sales, reorders and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.
• Support collections and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Bachelor’s degree; Pharmacy, Business or Marketing is an advantage.
• 3–5 years’ B2B field sales experience, with at least 2 years in pharmacies, hospitals or healthcare distribution.
• Proven record of achieving monthly sales targets.
• Strong relationships with pharmacy owners across the territory is an advantage.
• Experience with trade credit/lending products is preferred.
• Fluent in English, Yoruba and Pidgin.
• Comfortable using CRM and mobile reporting tools.
