We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to lead the growth, profitability, and operational performance of a fast-growing fashion/RTW business.

• Own and drive the company’s P&L, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business strategies.
• Drive revenue across retail, pop-ups, activations, and other sales channels.
• Oversee sales strategy, pricing, product mix, sell-through, and inventory efficiency.
• Work with Design and Production teams to align products with market demand and commercial objectives.
• Build and enforce effective systems for operations, inventory, sales tracking, reporting, and accountability.
• Lead and manage key functions including Commercial, Retail, and Operations.
• Oversee store performance, customer experience, clienteling, and conversion.
• Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Founder.
• Drive cost control, operational efficiency, and continuous business improvement.

• 6–10+ years’ experience in Fashion, Retail, Lifestyle, FMCG, or a related consumer business.
• Proven experience managing P&L, revenue, profitability, and multi-channel sales.
• Strong understanding of the fashion/RTW market, customers, products, fabrics, and retail dynamics.
• Strong commercial, analytical, strategic, and operational skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to balance creative direction, customer demand, and commercial profitability.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling business is highly desirable.
