We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to lead the strategic, commercial, and operational growth of a fast-scaling fashion/RTW business.

Key Responsibilities • Own the company’s P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and cost management. • Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term business growth strategies. • Drive revenue across retail, pop-ups, activations, and new markets. • Lead sales strategy, pricing, product mix, sell-through, and inventory efficiency. • Oversee retail operations, customer experience, clienteling, and conversion optimization. • Work with design and production teams to align product assortment, market demand, pricing, and commercial viability. • Build and enforce systems for inventory, sales tracking, reporting, workflows, and operational accountability. • Lead key functional teams and drive a culture of performance, accountability, and execution excellence. • Provide weekly/monthly business performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Founder.

Ideal Candidate 6–10+ years’ experience in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer businesses. Must have worked in or have strong practical experience within the fashion industry. Proven experience managing P&L and multi-channel sales. Strong commercial, strategic, analytical, and operational leadership skills. Data-driven with strong understanding of retail, inventory, customer experience, and profitability. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led and growing business.
