We are seeking a skilled CAD / MEP Mechanical Engineer to support the design, drafting, coordination and documentation of mechanical and MEP systems across our projects.

• Prepare and update mechanical and MEP drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop HVAC, ductwork, piping and equipment layout drawings.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with electrical, plumbing, structural and architectural works.
• Identify and resolve drawing clashes and technical inconsistencies.
• Support site teams with technical drawings and design clarifications.
• Assist with material take-offs, BOQ preparation and technical submissions.
• Participate in site inspections and MEP coordination meetings.

• B.Eng./B.Tech/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years’ relevant experience in MEP design, CAD drafting or construction.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HVAC, ductwork, piping and building services.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project and site teams.
