As the organisation enters its next phase of growth and institutional development, we are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer to work closely with the CEO and provide enterprise-wide leadership.

We are looking for a commercially astute executive who combines investment/deal expertise with strong enterprise leadership and can translate strategy into disciplined execution.

• Act as the CEO’s principal operating partner and second-in-command
• Translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, priorities and KPIs
• Drive cross-functional execution and organisational performance
• Strengthen governance, operating processes, controls and accountability
• Oversee organisational and financial performance in partnership with the leadership team
• Support major investments, acquisitions, financing and strategic initiatives
• Coordinate senior executives, advisers and key stakeholders
• Build scalable systems and institutional capabilities for sustainable growth

• 12–20 years of relevant senior leadership experience
• Background in private equity, investment banking, infrastructure investment, M&A, project finance or corporate finance
• Demonstrated experience leading complex transactions and/or investment initiatives
• Strong financial, commercial and strategic acumen
• Experience building operating frameworks, governance structures and high-performing teams
• Ability to operate independently while constructively challenging senior leadership
• Exceptional judgement, stakeholder management and execution capability
