We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing support to clients and creators, maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across our operations.

Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally • Provide accurate information about company services and processes • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary • Support client onboarding and account management processes • Ensure timely communication with customers and creators • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned • Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience
