• Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on customer requests, appointments and complaints.
• Maintain proper customer records and documentation.
• Support the team in delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Must be an NYSC Corps Member, Industrial Training (IT) Student, or Intern.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and professional.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with a team.
