We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Facility Executive to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the facility is safe, functional, well-maintained, and provides an excellent working experience for staff.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Supervise cleaning, security, and other facility support staff. Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards. Monitor utility usage and maintain accurate facility records. Address staff concerns promptly and professionally.
