Role Summary We are looking for a Female E-Commerce Manager. The E- Commerce Manager owns daily Bride's entire digital sales engine: paid acqusition(Meta and Google Ads), organic discoverability (SEO), the website's product experience, and data infastructure that tell us what's working. This is hands-on, execution heavy role for someone who is equally comfortable inside a ads dashboard, a CMS, and a spreadsheet of conversion data and who can translate all three into decision that move revenue.

Key Responsibilities 1. Plan, launch, and manage Meta-Ads campaign( Facebook and Instagram) across the funnels- awareness, retargeting and conversion. 2. Manage Google Ads campaign including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max. 3. Own on-page SEO for all product, category, a d content pages( titles, meta descriptions, alt text, structured data) 4. Track keyword ranking, organic traffic, and organic- to purchase conversion monthly. 5. Own product listing end-to end: upload, pricing, categorization, imagery placement, copywriting, and inventory accuracy. 6. Test and improve UX and conversion points: checkouts flow, page load sheets, mobile experience, cart abandonment triggers etc

JOB REQUIREMENT . 2+ years in E-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, ideally in fashion, beauty or another aesthetic-driven category. . Demonstrated hands- on experience managing Meta-Ads Manager and Google Ads budget(PLEASE BE READY TO SHARE RESULTS AND METRICS FROM LAST CAMPAIGNS) . Experience managing a shopify e-commerce platform. . Strong Google workspace skills, comfortable building and reading dashboards. . Excellent written communication for product copyand ad copy.
