Job Description 
This role will oversee the company's vehicles and drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations through maintenance scheduling, route optimization, fuel management, driver training, compliance monitoring, and strategic vehicle acquisition/disposal, ultimately maximizing uptime and profitability. 
 

Vehicle Management: 
Procure, assign, maintain, and dispose of vehicles; manage registration, licensing, and insurance. 
• Operations & Logistics: 
Plan routes, manage schedules, monitor vehicle usage and improve overall efficiency. 
• Maintenance & Repair: 
Oversee preventive maintenance, schedule repairs, and manage budgets for servicing. 
• Driver Management: 
Recruit, train, schedule, and monitor drivers, enforcing safety protocols and performance standards. 
• Cost Control: 
Implement strategies to reduce fuel consumption, minimize operating costs, and maximize profits. 
• Compliance & Safety: 
Ensure adherence to transportation regulations

Education Background 
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred, plus significant experience in fleet/maintenance management

Experience 

Years of Experience – At least 5years in Fleet Management 
Industry – Logistics
