A reputable real estate company in Ibeju-Lekki is urgently seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and results-driven General Manager to oversee the operations of its three branches. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with exceptional planning and decision-making skills, capable of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the company's three branches • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth • Lead, supervise, and mentor branch managers and departmental teams to ensure high performance • Monitor branch performance, establish KPIs, and ensure operational targets are achieved • Drive sales, business development, and customer satisfaction initiatives across all branches • Develop and manage operational budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and profitability • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards • Analyze business performance and prepare reports for executive management • Identify operational challenges and implement practical, long-term solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
