As Head of Finance, you will oversee all financial functions of the organisation and its subsidiaries - providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across Kabod and its subsidiaries
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance (FIRS, tax regulations)
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and working capital
- Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and Board
- Oversee payroll compliance, treasury functions, and vendor/supplier financial relationships.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) required
- Minimum of 5–7years' experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food production sector strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax law and financial regulatory frameworks
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
