About the Role Swift Consulting is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Officer to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance — supporting the organization's people strategy while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain employee records and HR documentation Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives Process leave administration and support payroll-related HR activities Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to management
