DAG Industries Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Generalist to join our HR & Admin team.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate employee orientation, documentation, background checks, medicals, and induction programmes.
  Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate performance management, appraisals, employee development, and training initiatives.
• Support payroll, compensation & benefits, leave administration, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, HR policies, occupational health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, headcount and turnover analytics to support management decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, culture, and organizational development initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or other relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and process discipline.
