Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of human resource management, drive employee engagement, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and support the organisation in building a high-performing and values-driven workforce.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and best practices. Drive employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management initiatives. Provide strategic HR support and advice to the CEO and leadership team. Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively. Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and organisational policies. Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organisational culture.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR professional certification is an advantage. 4-6 proven experience in a Human Resources management role. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
