We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Technician to join our engineering team within a leading beverage manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of industrial automation and control systems to ensure maximum equipment reliability, production efficiency, and minimal downtime. The ideal candidate must possess strong hands-on experience working with automated production lines, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, instrumentation, sensors, drives, and electrical control systems within a beverage manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial automation systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve faults relating to PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial networks, sensors, actuators, and control panels. • Diagnose and repair automation-related equipment failures to minimize production downtime. • Install, configure, calibrate, and commission automation equipment and control systems. • Monitor production equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability. • Carry out routine inspection of electrical and automation systems across production lines. • Support maintenance of filling, bottling, packaging, labelling, conveyor, palletizing, and processing equipment.

Requirements: • HND/B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline. • 5–7 years' hands-on experience in a beverage manufacturing company. • Strong expertise in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, VFDs, industrial instrumentation, automation systems, and preventive/breakdown maintenance. • Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain automated production equipment such as filling, bottling, packaging, and conveyor systems.
