The Junior Android Developer will work under senior developers to design, build, test, and maintain Android applications. This is a great role for someone eager to learn, grow, and ship real products.

• App Development: Develop new features and maintain existing Android apps using Kotlin/Java.
• UI Implementation: Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and functional mobile screens.
• API Integration: Integrate REST APIs and work with backend teams to deliver features.
• Testing & Debugging: Write clean, testable code and fix bugs to improve app performance.
• Version Control: Use Git for code management and collaborate with the dev team.
• Learning: Stay updated on Android development trends, libraries, and best practices.

• Education: B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Bootcamp grads with portfolio are welcome.
• Experience: 0-2 years experience or strong personal/school projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
• Experience with Android Studio, XML, Jetpack Compose is a plus
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and Firebase
• Basic understanding of MVVM/MVI architecture
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, good communication, ability to take feedback, and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have
- Published app on Play Store
- Experience with Coroutines, Room DB, Retrofit
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles
