Key Responsibilities Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and capability assessments to identify learning gaps and align development initiatives with business objectives. Design, implement, and manage technical, behavioural, leadership, and functional learning programmes using blended learning approaches. Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring effective learning delivery and employee engagement. Develop and implement knowledge management initiatives to facilitate knowledge sharing and organizational learning. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory training requirements and maintain accurate learning records. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and learning analytics, recommending continuous improvements. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, inductions, and leadership development programmes. Drive Continuous Professional Development (CPD) initiatives and support HR projects related to organizational development and employee capability building. Promote a culture of learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion through targeted development programmes.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning & Development or a related role. Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis, instructional design, and learning programme facilitation. Hands-on experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning methodologies. Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities. Professional certification in Learning & Development (e.g., CIPM, ATD, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
