We are a leading real estate firm seeking a proactive Legal and Compliance Officer to join our Legal Department. The ideal candidate will provide critical legal support, manage corporate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle documentation for our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities - Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts, lease agreements, vendor contracts, joint venture documentation, and transactional papers. - Provide sound legal guidance on corporate operations, labor laws, and industry regulations to mitigate business risks. - Oversee corporate disputes and debt recovery, while liaising effectively with external solicitors when required. - Safeguard company assets, intellectual property, and brand identity while maintaining secure custody of all legal records. - Continuously monitor legal/regulatory developments and update internal policies to ensure alignment with statutory standards.

Requirements - LL.B and B.L. qualifications - Minimum of 4 years post-call experience in corporate/commercial law, corporate advisory, or real estate legal operations. - Proven track record in contract negotiation, land/property law considerations, and regulatory compliance - Excellent analytical, research, drafting, communication, and risk-management skills.
