JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide timely and practical legal advice to management and business units on corporate, commercial, operational and project-related matters. Ensure that contracts are properly reviewed, approved, executed and securely maintained. Provide legal support throughout the project development lifecycle, from initial concept and due diligence through development, financing, construction, commissioning and operations. Support compliance with applicable energy-sector regulatory requirements and licensing obligations. Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities, government agencies and other statutory bodies on legal and regulatory matters. Ensure proper documentation of legal approvals and contractual commitments.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution. Called to the Nigerian Bar and in good standing with the Nigerian Bar Association. EXPERIENCE 3–4 years post-call experience. COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS Decisiveness and ability to work with minimal supervision. Adaptability Legal drafting and contract negotiation skills Advanced critical and legal reasoning skills Excellent written and verbal communication Attention to detail.
