We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Logistics Manager to support our supply chain operations in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily logistics operations, managing inventory movement, coordinating fleet or transport schedules, and ensuring seamless supply chain efficiency.

• Support the Logistics Manager in overseeing daily warehouse, transport, and distribution operations.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and resolve dispatch or delivery discrepancies.
• Supervise logistics officers, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation, delivery receipts, and dispatch logs.
• Monitor fleet health and liaise with third-party logistics providers to optimize transport efficiency

• Education: Minimum of National Diploma (ND) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience working as a Logistics Officer.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and fleet coordination.
• Technical Ability: Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory/logistics software.
• Competencies: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills under fast-paced working conditions.
