The ideal candidate should be confident in identifying potential clients, communicating the value of security guard services, building relationships, and converting prospects into paying customers.

What You’ll Do Identify and reach out to potential clients who require professional security guard services Generate new leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and other marketing channels Present and promote the company’s security guard services to prospective clients Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers Attend meetings and conduct client visits when required Identify new market opportunities and potential business partnerships Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales activities Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
