Orvalon Digital is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and experienced NICU Nurse to join our client’s team.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to premature, critically ill, and newborn babies. • Monitor and assess neonates, identifying and promptly reporting changes in condition. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. • Operate and monitor NICU equipment, including incubators, monitors, and ventilators. • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records. • Support feeding, hygiene, infection prevention, and developmental care. • Educate and support parents on newborn care and treatment plans. • Work closely with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care. • Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.

Requirements: • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practising licence. • Post-Basic qualification in Paediatric Nursing or Neonatal Nursing. • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant NICU experience. • Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills. • Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
