Our client, a growing healthcare training institution, is seeking a commercially driven and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee operations and drive business growth. A key focus of this role is revenue generation through student recruitment, admissions, strategic partnerships and other growth initiatives, while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and excellent programme delivery.

• Drive revenue growth through student recruitment, admissions, enrolment and strategic business development initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve student intake, revenue and growth targets.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, healthcare institutions and other relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations across administration, academics, admissions and student services.
• Lead accreditation and regulatory compliance processes, including NBTE requirements.
• Implement effective operational policies, processes and performance measures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and strategic projects to achieve business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, business development or institutional management preferably within the health industry. 
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, customer/student acquisition and business development.
• Experience in education, healthcare, training or professional services is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, commercial, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
