The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing effective processes, managing resources, and supporting the achievement of organisational goals.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and procedures.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of company resources.
• Coordinate activities across different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Identify operational risks and develop appropriate solutions.
• Support the implementation of business strategies and organisational initiatives.
• Monitor staff productivity and support the achievement of operational targets.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations or business management.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the finance or fintech industry is an added advantage.
