Ardour Consult is currently hiring for the position of Product Manager to join their team.

• Own and manage the product roadmap from MVP development through growth.
• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear product specifications.
• Develop user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and product delivery in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
• Coordinate feature testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product launches, and customer feedback.
• Monitor product KPIs including adoption, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback, market trends, business objectives, and data.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure products effectively solve customer and business needs.

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Product Management, preferably within SaaS, technology platforms, digital products, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong knowledge of user research, requirements gathering, product development, and analytical problem-solving.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and the full product lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data models, and system workflows.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate complex processes into simple user journeys.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira/Linear, Notion, and Figma.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritisation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as CRM, HR, inventory, retail, operations, or analytics platforms is an added advantage.
• Exposure to African retail, healthcare, FMCG, or AI-driven products is an added advantage.
