The Production Manager will coordinate the production of branded assets including print, packaging, merch, signage, digital content, and tech-related deliverables. You will ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency while working closely with the Creative, Tech, and Client Service teams.

• Production Planning: Plan and schedule production of branding materials - print, packaging, POSM, merch, signage, and digital assets.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Source vendors, negotiate costs, and manage external production partners and printers
• Quality Control: Ensure all final outputs meet brand standards and client specifications.
• Project Coordination: Work with Designers, Developers, and Account Managers to move projects from concept to final delivery.
• Inventory & Logistics: Manage production inventory, materials, and coordinate delivery to clients/events.
• Budget & Cost Management: Track production budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Process Improvement: Implement systems to improve turnaround time and reduce errors in production.

• Education: B.Sc/HND in Marketing, Production, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 4-5 years experience in production within a branding, advertising, or tech agency. Agency experience is a strong advantage.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of print production, packaging, merch, and signage processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, and familiar with design tools like Illustrator, CorelDraw is a plus
• Strong vendor negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Good communication and team leadership skills
