About the Role Orange Group is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Regulatory Pharmacist to support regulatory compliance, documentation, approvals, and other regulatory activities.

Key Responsibilities • Manage regulatory documentation and approval processes for permits to clear • Upload documents on the NAFDAC portal and initiate relevant payment and endorsement processes • Track shipments and ensure required shipping documents are submitted to the regulatory department on time • Liaise with clearing agents to ensure regulatory standards are met during the clearing process • Follow up on NAFDAC cheque approvals and statutory regulatory payments • Manage PCN yearly renewals, premises approvals, and annual Pharmacist licence renewals • Identify, prevent, and resolve regulatory issues and errors • Attend to regulatory functions at relevant NAFDAC offices • Ensure availability of necessary office tools and stationery for the department • Carry out First Aid administration and inventory for the head office • Perform other duties as assigned
