Role Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support the design, configuration, implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver effective SAP solutions across financial accounting, controlling, reporting, integration, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities 1. Configure and support SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance solutions. 2. Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions. 3. Configure key processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Tax, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and CO-PA. 4. Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrades, enhancements, and post-go-live activities. 5. Manage testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT. 6. Support financial data migration and reconciliation. 7. Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams on RICEFW developments. 8. Support integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, WM/EWM, and other enterprise systems. 9. Provide Level 2/3 production support and resolve SAP FICO incidents within SLA. 10. Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting processes. 11. Develop functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and user guides. 12. Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Technical Requirements 1. Strong hands-on SAP FI/CO configuration experience. 2. Proven SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience. 3. Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Business Partner/CVI. 4. Experience with FI/CO integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules. 5. Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, APIs, Enhancements/User Exits, and RICEFW. 6. Experience with SAP Fiori Finance applications. 7. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM or equivalent change management tools. 8. Experience with SAP Group Reporting, Central Finance, SAC, Treasury, or Concur is an advantages

Qualifications & Experience 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. 6–9 years' SAP FICO experience with strong hands-on configuration capability. 3. Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects. 4. Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, enhancement, and production support. 6. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, SAP certification, or a Master's/MBA is an advantage. 7. Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Manufacturing, FMCG, or Industrial sectors is preferred.
