Role Summary The SAP MM Procurement Consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA Procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement SAP MM Procurement solutions in SAP S/4HANA based on business requirements.  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.  • Configure procurement processes including:  o Purchase Requisitions (PR)  o Purchase Orders (PO)  o RFQ and Quotation Management  o Source Determination  o Release Strategy  o Outline Agreements  o Vendor Master  o Purchasing Info Records  o Pricing Procedures  o Inventory Procurement processes  • Support end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects.  • Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.  • Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.  • Coordinate integration with SAP FI, CO, SD, PP, WM/EWM, and other enterprise applications.  • Execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support business users during testing cycles.  Technical Skills Mandatory • Strong hands-on SAP MM Procurement configuration experience.  • SAP S/4HANA Procurement implementation experience.  • Configuration knowledge of:  o Procurement Processes  o Release Strategies  o Pricing Procedures  o Output Management  o Vendor Master  o Purchasing Organizations  o Document Types  o Account Assignment  o Split Valuation  o Automatic Account Determination  • Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle and business processes.  • Integration experience with:  o SAP FI  o SAP CO  o SAP SD  o SAP PP  o SAP WM/EWM (preferred)  • Experience preparing Functional Specifications for ABAP developments.  • Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, User Exits, and APIs.  • Experience with SAP Fiori procurement applications.  • Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM or equivalent change management processes.

Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related discipline.  • MBA or Master's Degree is an added advantage. Experience • 6–9 years of SAP MM Procurement experience.  • Minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.  • Experience in rollout, enhancement, AMS, and production support environments.  • Experience working with global or multi-country procurement processes is preferred.  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
