The successful candidate will be responsible for improving platform reliability, scalability, performance, security, observability, and cost efficiency.

This position requires strong hands-on experience with production Kubernetes environments, infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, and incident response.

• Operate and optimise production Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS and Azure AKS.
• Manage cluster upgrades, autoscaling, networking, ingress, storage, security, and troubleshooting.
• Provision and maintain AWS and Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
• Develop reusable infrastructure modules and automated deployment workflows.
• Define Service-Level Indicators, Service-Level Objectives, and error budgets.
• Implement observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or similar platforms.
• Build actionable alerts based on service health, customer impact, and SLO violations.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, rollback procedures, and release reliability.

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production.
• Practical experience with Amazon EKS and Azure AKS.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience managing infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, dashboards, and alerting.
