MYD Telecom Company Limited is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead field installation teams and ensure high-quality telecom network deployments in line with Ericsson and customer standards.

What You'll Do Supervise and mentor installation teams Oversee site readiness, installation, and quality assurance Ensure HSE compliance and safe work practices Coordinate commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting activities Monitor project KPIs and deliver daily progress reports

What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree or Technical Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field 3–5 years' experience in GSM field operations Hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN and/or Transmission equipment Strong leadership, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Access to a laptop for reporting and project administration
