Responsibilities: Coordinate the timely resolution of design change requirements and non-conforming work with the Construction Engineer and subcontractors. • Ensure subcontractor has the required tools, PPE, manpower and skill levels to execute the works • Serve as day-to-day interface with contractor, vendor techs and craft labor during the construction phase, providing a focus on safety, quality, cost, and schedule • Monitor procurement of vendor packages, long lead items, and other critical materials and equipment to ensure compliance with required on-site dates, contract specifications, and appropriate material handling requirements • Provide oversight of subcontractor’s materials management/verification systems • Verify post-site arrival of procured equipment and engineering equipment • Ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and plans • Ensure work pack delivery to subcontractor in a timely manner prior to the execution of the specific task. • Ensure JSA, RA, TA are completed prior to execution of the task • Ensure all welding is carried out with approved welders, welding equipment, PWHT, weld procedure, and approved welding rods. • Monitor workforce productivity and progress relative to schedule • Provide support to pre-commissioning/mechanical completion/systems completion as required
