We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Tax Advisory Manager to join our growing Tax Advisory practice. The successful candidate will provide high-quality tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting businesses and management teams in navigating complex tax matters, optimizing tax positions, managing tax risks and making informed business and investment decisions.

This role is therefore suited to professionals with substantial experience in tax consulting/advisory environments, particularly candidates who have built their careers within Big 4 or other leading professional services/consulting firms.

• Tax Advisory & Technical Consulting
• Tax Planning & Structuring
• Client & Engagement Management
• Manage multiple tax advisory engagements from inception through completion.
• Identify and pursue new tax advisory opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships.
• Team Leadership & Development; Lead, coach and develop Associates, Senior Associates and other junior members of the Tax Advisory team.

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant professional experience in taxation, with significant experience in tax advisory/consulting.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, CITN, CTA, ACA, or an equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
• A relevant postgraduate qualification such as an MBA, MSc Taxation, LLM Taxation or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian tax environment, legislation and regulatory framework.
• Demonstrable experience in tax advisory, tax planning, tax structuring, transaction advisory and/or tax controversy.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with leading professional services/management consulting firms.
