Job Summary The Training Coordinator will provide strategic leadership for Lonadek’s training stream, overseeing the development, sales, and execution of both technical and non-technical training programs. The role is responsible for expanding market reach across industries and strengthening OEM partnerships to position Lonadek as a leading training provider.

Key Responsibilities Build a scalable and sustainable training business model that aligned with Lonadek’s business objectives Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact technical and non-technical training programs. Drive OEM-certified training initiatives and ensure compliance with partner standards. Identify and penetrate new markets and sectors for training opportunities. Lead sales efforts for corporate and individual training programs across industries. Develop strategic client relationships and key accounts to ensure repeat business. Lead, mentor, and manage the training team, including administrators, facilitators, and other relevant stakeholders Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage). Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in training, learning & development, or professional services. Experience working with OEMs or within engineering/technical training environments is highly desirable.
