CoreHR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a premium travel and tourism company in Victoria Island for an experienced Visa Officer.

• Process and manage visa applications from documentation through submission and follow-up.
• Review client documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Advise clients on visa requirements and supporting documents.
• Coordinate embassy/visa centre appointments and submissions.
• Track application status and provide timely client updates.
• Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, and potential risks before submission.
• Handle flight reservations, ticketing, rebooking, and cancellations where required.
• Maintain accurate client and visa application records.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases appropriately.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on visa processing experience.
• Experience processing applications for international destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Schengen/European countries, or other major destinations.
• Working knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
• Strong understanding of visa documentation and application procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and document-review skills.
• Strong client communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple visa applications and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate complex cases.

IMPORTANT:
This is a Visa Officer position. Candidates whose experience is limited to airline ticketing, reservations, or general travel consultancy without hands-on visa processing experience will not be considered.
