We are seeking a competent and proactive Administrative Officer to coordinate administrative functions, manage client relationships, support field operations, and ensure efficient service delivery across cleaning services, cleaning consumables, fumigation, and facility management.

• Manage client relationships, onboarding, enquiries, and service issues.
• Coordinate recruitment, deployment, and supervision of janitors across client locations.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor service quality.
• Coordinate the supply of cleaning consumables to client locations.
• Drive sales and client acquisition for cleaning consumables and other company services.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory records.
• Support invoicing, payroll documentation, and operational budgeting.
• Prepare monthly client service and operational reports.
• Supervise administrative staff and ensure compliance with company procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in operations, client service, or facility management.
• Experience managing field teams, client accounts, procurement, and proposals.
• Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in janitorial or environmental services is an added advantage.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations effectively.
