The ideal candidate must have proven experience leading an organisation through an IPO, with strong knowledge of pre-IPO preparation and post-IPO requirements, and the ability to develop and present comprehensive IPO plans and strategies to management.

• 10+ years of relevant finance experience with leading organisations.
• 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: Proven experience leading an organisation through an IPO (Initial Public Offering).
• Strong knowledge of pre-IPO preparation, IPO execution, post-IPO requirements, and presenting IPO plans and strategies to management.
• MBA in Finance is preferred.
• CA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Relevant industry experience in commodity trading, metals, oil and gas, agricultural commodities, or logistics.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of at least 10–15 professionals.
