We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to provide technical leadership and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities across construction projects, ensuring engineering deliverables support safe, timely, quality and cost-effective project execution. Engineering management roles typically cover multidisciplinary coordination, technical governance, engineering-construction interface, resource planning and project delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and activities. Review and ensure timely delivery of drawings, designs, specifications and technical submissions. Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Procurement, QA/QC and HSE interfaces. Monitor engineering deliverables against project programmes and resolve technical issues promptly. Review designs for constructability, quality, compliance and cost effectiveness. Manage technical queries, design changes, RFIs and site engineering challenges. Monitor engineering resources, workload and team performance. Provide technical guidance to Project Managers, Engineers and site teams. Prepare engineering progress reports and escalate critical risks and delays to Management. Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements

Requirements B.Eng./B.Sc. in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline. 10+ years' engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/management role. Strong experience in construction/EPC projects and multidisciplinary engineering coordination. Proven ability to manage engineering deliverables, consultants and technical teams. Strong knowledge of engineering standards, construction practices and project delivery. Excellent leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
