Role Overview: Experienced and commercially driven Export Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of international markets for our range of building and ceramic products.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field. • 8+ years of proven experience in export sales, international business development, or B2B sales, preferably within building materials, ceramics or construction products. • Demonstrated experience developing international markets and managing distributors or large-volume customers. • Strong understanding of export processes, international trade, logistics, and commercial documentation. • Experience selling products such as tiles, ceramics, sanitary ware, roofing products, or other building/construction materials is highly desirable. • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
